Leather sleeves with three zipper pockets on the sides for only $59.95 from H&M.  
I ended up getting an 8 just so that I could fit a chunky sweater underneath it comfortably. It's still too warm to wear this just yet but I'm waiting patiently!  For me, I only plan to wear the coat certain places (but nothing too special).  It's certainly not your everyday "going to class" look either.
