10 Thoughts You Have While Running on the Treadmill
10:12 AMYou're trying to workout but your thoughts are so powerful and, admit it, they're sometimes crazy. 10 thoughts you have while running on the treadmill:
1. Is it me or does the girl next to me smell like cigarette smoke? I can barely even breath. Is this considered second hand smoke? Should I just move or will she get offended....
2. Ugh, MY treadmill was taken and it's so packed in here so I'm stuck with the crappy treadmill. This one doesn't even properly stop, I'm going to have to pull the emergency button to stop.
3. AM I BREATHING TOO LOUDLY? IS MY MUSIC TOO LOUD? Yes to both? Sorry.
4. I shouldn't have had McDonalds before I came here, who do I think I am. I think I'm gonna call it quits 20 minutes early.
5. Am I jogging at an impressive enough speed? I read somewhere that jogging 5.5 mph is lazy but this is my usual. Hmmm...
6. Everybody is definitely looking at me while I walk backwards on the treadmill. I read on the internet that this was beneficial and a great cool down so it must be true right?
7. I wish I was cool enough to dance on the treadmill like the guy I watched in that one YouTube clip.
8. Treadmill... treadmill.... dreadmill... kill me... this is killing me....
9. Oh today I'm feeling really energized. I am killing this 5.7 mph, 0.2 miles faster than I usually go. Watch out everybody!
10. The sweat is pouring from my face, my knees are giving out, I might even be dehydrated but 300 calories later, ***flawless.
